At TréLuxe, we want you to love your curls and your results. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible hair care products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
